Full Service 30-day interview guarantee

Last updated: November 4, 2026

If no company invites you to an interview within 30 days of buying Full Service, and you meet every eligibility condition, we refund 90% of what you paid.

What counts as an interview

  • An invitation from a US company to interview for a role, including recruiter phone screens, technical interviews and onsite interviews.
  • The invitation counts whether or not you attend, how it goes, and whether or not the application went through us.
  • Automated assessments (such as a coding-test link on its own), job ads and mass emails don't count.

Eligibility (all required)

  • Within 3 days of payment you finish set-up: upload your resume, complete the application questionnaire and sign in to LinkedIn once in your dashboard for auto-apply, and you don't pause auto-apply during the 30 days.
  • Your search settings aren't overly narrow: a minimum salary of no more than $100,000 a year; all work types accepted (Remote, Hybrid and Onsite, not remote-only); and levels that match your experience (a new grad can't pick only Senior and above). During the 30 days you also don't make your role, level, location, work-type or minimum-salary settings stricter than at purchase.
  • You are legally authorized to work in the US while applying and afterwards.
  • The resume, work history and work-authorization information you give us are true.

How to claim

  • Within 14 days after day 30, press "Request refund" on your dashboard and confirm you received no interview invitation. Late claims are not accepted.
  • We check eligibility against our records (set-up time, applications sent) and may ask you for details.
  • Once approved, 90% of your payment goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Other terms

  • We don't control employers' decisions. This guarantee is a refund promise, not a promise that any particular company will interview you.
  • The guarantee is void if you give us false information.

Elite 60-day offer guarantee

Last updated: November 3, 2026

If you don't land a job as defined below within 60 days of buying the Elite plan, and you meet every eligibility condition, we refund 90% of what you paid.

What counts as landing a job

  • A written full-time job offer from a US company with a base salary of $100,000 or more per year.
  • It counts whether or not the offer came through our applications or referrals.
  • If you decline an offer that meets this definition, you have still landed a job and the refund does not apply.
  • Contract, part-time, internship and temporary roles don't count.

Eligibility (all required)

  • Within 3 days of payment you finish set-up: upload your resume, complete the application questionnaire and provide the LinkedIn login used for auto-apply, and you don't pause auto-apply during the 60 days.
  • You attend every scheduled mock interview and company interview, and reply to interview invitations within 48 hours.
  • Your search settings aren't overly narrow: a minimum salary of no more than $100,000 a year; all work types accepted (Remote, Hybrid and Onsite, not remote-only); and levels that match your experience (a new grad can't pick only Senior and above). During the 60 days you also don't make your role, level, location, work-type or minimum-salary settings stricter than at purchase.
  • You are legally authorized to work in the US while applying and afterwards.
  • The resume, work history and work-authorization information you give us are true.

How to claim

  • Within 14 days after day 60, press "Request refund" on your dashboard and confirm you didn't receive a qualifying offer. Late claims are not accepted.
  • We check eligibility against our records (set-up time, applications sent, interview attendance) and may ask you for details.
  • Once approved, 90% of your payment goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • The Elite service ends when the refund is issued.

Other terms

  • Referrals are only available at companies where we have inside contacts; we can't refer you everywhere.
  • We don't control employers' hiring decisions. This guarantee is a refund promise, not a promise that any particular company will hire you.
  • The guarantee is void if you give us false information.
